I started on FS back in April of 2010, weighing 220 and doing Atkins. I lost 60 lbs and somewhere in there changed the name of my diet. Which restarted my weight so I don't get credit for what I lost. And then I gained 25 lbs back over the past year and it is just discouraging to look at my red ticker with no hope of movement until I'm back at 163.

So, having failed to successfully use the tool FS looks like it ought to have to reset my diet back to April 2010, I am restarting as of today so that at least I can hopefully go down from here. I am not really on the Primal Blueprint because I am disabled and can't do the fitness parts of it. And I HATE the term Grokette. But other than creating "Rowan's Own Diet" it is probably the closest thing (since I'm not Paleo because I do dairy). I eat low carb, mostly organic, mostly unprocessed real food. I avoid grains, legumes, sugars and industrial seed oils.


Edited - Oh bother. Now I see that my earlier, seemingl failed attempt at changing back to April 2010 had worked. GAAAAAAAH. Off to try again.
177.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 27.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
