The doctor ordered an ultrasound to rule out blood clots, so I'm doing that today... and will have to see the outcome of that before I can exercise anymore... DRAT!
Am still doing well with my food intake this week... this other journal in which I have been recording the time of day I eat, what hunger level I'm at, and what mood I'm in, plus how satisfied I feel afterward has brought out some eating patterns that I wouldn't have known otherwise...
Plus it keeps me fully aware of why/how/when I eat!
