“There are two primary choices in life: to accept conditions as they exist, or accept the responsibility for changing them. Decide what you want, and then decide what you are willing to exchange for it. Establish your priorities and go to work.”

Today, I am starting fresh. I am going to make the conscious effort to accept my responsibility for making positive and healthy changes in my life. For the past few weeks, I have been doing poorly. I have gained about 10 pounds back. But this week with the help and support of a friend, I have decided to get back up and start again fresh. Today is a new day and I am not going to accept conditions as they exist. I will re-establish my priorities and get to work.

Awesome girl:) you have the right attidude to get the job done:) I also had to see the big picture and wake up.. I was in a dazz too long and gained back wht i worked so hard to lose.. Lesson learned:)

I like your quote. Just keep in mind that you are not the only one who has "fallen off the wagon". It doesn't matter how many times you fall, what matters is how many times you get back up.
