I weigh in every 2 weeks on Monday. That way I am not obsessing about my weight every day. I know that I am sticking to my eating plan and incorporating exercise, so I know when I step on the scale this coming Monday I will have lost something. I wouldn't have wanted to weigh in this week because I started my cycle yesterday, so I know the scale would probably not be kind to me. I am pre-menopausal, so I am irregular to say the least.
224.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
