Had a cheat today for our son's birthday and went to Copeland's brunch, it was awesome! Going a month without eating bad is so rewarding because you feel like you've really worked for it. Also coming off of the "lifestyle change" is necessary so that you can just enjoy life. I'm really excited and ready to take the next month to the next level. I'm really enjoying this tool (fat secret) it's helping me tremendously to keep taking the weight off.

So don't get down on yourself if you have a "cheat day" put do plan a course of action, me and my husband made sure that we ate what we really wanted to eat, then after the meal we get back on track, quickly!! Tonight the last thing I'll do before I go to sleep is drink a bottle of water and pray for strength to exercise at 5am in the morning, oh yeah THAT'S part of me taking it to the next level!!
