So I'm listed on here as being on Atkins, but I feel like that's not entirely true. I'm simply on a low-carb diet. I read somewhere that your carb intake should be around 250 grams per day, if your calorie intake is around 2000, so I'm cutting that down and I aim to take in only 100 grams per day, along with cutting calories. I want to start exercising more, but so far I haven't found the time and/or motivation. Luckily, I do have a twenty minute walk to and from school, and I walk fast, so that's something! I may start running with some friends next weekend. I don't know, right now I'm just proud of myself for not going off my diet. It's been almost 3 days now, and I'm not kidding when I say that this is the longest I've been on a diet. I'm proud of my self-control! Baby steps, right?

3 days is 3 days longer than a lot of people. You may want to switch your setting so that it shows net carbs, instead of total carbs, because those are more important than the total. Fiber is good, sugar is bad... and that change will sort that out for you. Basically the diet you are doing is the maintenance phase of Atkins without the high fat part. Which if you start cutting more carbs, you should increase your fat so your body will have energy.
