I've been here and luking for awhile now. I'm doing the weigh ins. I've just started using the food journal again too. Let's see, I'm doing a low cal / low fat / low sugar diet. I've been doing it for months now and I am losing slowly and steadily. Since the start at 205lbs. I have lost 34 lbs. I still have quite a way to go but I'm encouraged.
**edit** I was here in 2007 and I was doing Atkins then.
