Well, I've been walking again, however, this week I made chicken and noodles with mixed veggies and cream of chicken soup... FATTENING!
Was expecting a decent weigh-in today but am up 2 lbs!
Too much chicken fat in my noodles!
This is a new week, though, and I'm going to be SUPER STRICT diet-wise! [Also will be walking 7 days this week!] Next weigh-in will be better!
I have faith and gumption! Nothing can stand in my way! [weigh!] LOL
This week is just a minor set back, but it can [and WILL] be corrected!
Just another lesson and step in this long journey...
