I feel better than I ever felt in a long time! I feel healthy and have more energy! So many ppl that I have not seen in a long time, doesn't even recognize me....only by my voice....lol! I remember 3 years ago when I became serious about losing weight, when I looked at a pic of myself at my cousin college graduation. Big day as the family celebrated, but I didn't realize I big I was...245lbs...ugh! Well, it has been a long rode of ups and downs.....my only brother (sibling) passed away, lost my job........ got married, had a miscarriage, hospitalized, recovery....stabilzed....lost our home, back hospitalized, stress out......finally got focused.....much prayer and educating myself on healthy lifestyle and back on the wagon. Well, I surpassed my original goal of 175....now I have been maintaining at 165lbs!!!! Now I am challenging myself and getting ready for my first Walk-a-thon, with the support of my sis-in-law. I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me!
