Haleluiah! Even I was about to be upset with the scales inability to SEE me. LOL. Continuing downward. I'm pretty sure the stall was exercise. My body is adjusting to it and it's definitely giving me a better LOOK (or as good as an ugly, old, fat woman can have). Today I'm adding back a few glasses of diet soda, just to check.
172.6 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 32.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
