Been feeling really lack luster lately. The balancing act is tough. I know I have put on a few lbs but to me it symbolizes so much more. So I made the decision yesterday to get at least my diet under control. It hurt to see me back at 135! Takes forever to come off and such a short time to pile back on. I need to do this and succeed. I'm sitting here wishing myself luck, because am I gonna need it!
