Add one food back, watch body's reaction for 72 hours. No doubt about it.

Maybe try grass fed beef.

How long do you go without something before adding it back?

aw sorry to hear about your troubles :( the good news is, there are lots of fabulous meat substitutes these days - have you tried Beyond Meat or the Impossible Burger? also Gardein and Morningstar make some tasty foods, and I love Lightlife. I know Tesco (UK brand maybe?) has recently expanded meat-free protein product line too

Thanks for the kind thought. I wouldnt do fake meat. Full of processed crap and tons of sugar. I'm reversing my diabetes by getting rid of that kind of stuff.

The guy who lives with us recently got a tick bite, and the result was that he became allergic to Beef, Pork (anything on 4 legs) and Dairy! He gets terrible hives! We're getting tired of just chicken and fish around here! I feel ya!

Debbie, I heard a bite from Lone Star ticks can cause that - is there any cure yet?

are you sure it's the beef? perhaps it's what the beef had in it? try pastured raised, grass fed, No antibiotics or hormones in it, beef.

Yes, @gz9gjg, that's what they think did it. Apparently it causes something to build up in his system until he gets full-blown hives. They have now given him epi pens!

I have more food to reintroduce/test. After i'm done, will circle around and test grass fed/pasture raised/no antibiotic beef.
