Well, back up over 140 today. I knew I shouldn't have eaten all that Mexican food the other night. I guess I'll have to be really really really good the next few days.

I hope so. It was so encouraging to get under 140, now to be back up is deflating. I'm just grumpy today... raining and nasty out. Can't do anything. No energy to clean house. Think I'll go back to bed.
