Today, for the first time, I went to the gym. I'm a rather shy person so this was a huge first step for me. There were a lot of people and i just took the first thing I saw that was available, a treadmill. I did thirty minutes at 3mph with a 2 incline. It wasn't super hard but it wasnt comfortable either. Small steps though right. I did like my husband told me, put in the earbuds, cranked some lady gaga (lol) and zoned off into my own world. It wasn't too bad, I think the more often I go the better it will be. Once I can get past other people being there i think i will be in a good place. I'm going to go monday wednesday and fridays after i drop my son off at preschool. Hopefully this gets easier.
