WOO-HOO! I am over-the-moon excited!
I lost 4.6 lbs this week! [because I began my walking program!] [AND I was watching my food intake religiously!]
It REALLY PAYS OFF, I tell ya!
I only hope this coming week will be as easy for me as last week was!
I'm on a roll!
