Must stop eating.... lol. I've snacked so much today.. AND my meals have been off course the WHOLE day.. like I had breakfast normal (almost 8), and then lunch wasn't until 3.. Because of snacking, I've been all off schedule.. and my dad's grilling salmon for dinner.. so I think I'll have like a half portion and maybe some South beach diet "mashed potatoes".. or not.. I'm not even hungry right now.. so I might just skip dinner.

Okay, it's 9:16.. just now had a chance to eat the salmon, and OMG was it good.. Just had a 4 ouncer fillet and some corn (I know it's not allowed on the phase 1 of the diet..but I didn't feel like making anything else when it was already prepared for me). Perfect meal for the end of the day.

Id chose more salmon over anything else, especially in phase 1, I think my fast start in phase one was from more fish and less everything else. I even snacked on leftover fish. Great job, keep up the great work. In phase 1 I always took a little cooler with low sodium V8 to take a few sips rather than skipping and it really helped me a lot, also they sell the regular V8 in almost every corner store. best wishes to you and go get 'em!
