927's Journal, 27 February 2013

I ate out and had horrible appetizers, you know the ones you keep shoveling in even though you know they are not all that great. Then I ate Apple Crumble Ala Mode, yes it was to die for. Was it worth the two pounds, probably not. I hope I am back on track now. I hope. I walked 3 miles on the tread mill this morning and stayed active all day. Which can be difficult for me due to the Fibromyalgia.
156.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
