Too many guests and resturant food
Can’t even put caloric value on half the food you get in a resturant
I’m lucky I only gained s lttle more than s pound
233.5 lb Lost so far: 29.5 lb.    Still to go: 233.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
