Hit my intake macros for the day in about 10 hrs so effectively did a 10/14 IF. Going to stick with that for a bit as it fits my schedule better, or until I stop seeing results I suppose. :)
220.5 lb Lost so far: 14.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
