OMG could I be anymore of a hunger hog! I had 2 veggie burgers in green leaves with a slice of 2% sharp cheddar sliced cheese with mustard and ketchup (Heinz makes a one carb ketchup and it's delish!).. and while i was making my son's lunch of a grilled garlic filet (he didn't touch it.. his taste changes more SO often..ughhh) and tater tots, and raisins, I had the other half of his filet, and like 1/4 of the leftovers from last night's chicken and veggie stir-fry with low sodium soy sauce and garlic. So, like.. I got my veggies and protein for the afternoon. I shall see if makes any difference in the weigh in tomorrow.. But then again, maybe it'll just keep me from eating a snack this afternoon before dinner.

I do have to say, Morning Star sure knows how to make a rockin' veggie burger. They're SOO flavorful. I wouldn't even miss the meat, in that form.. but lord knows.. I love a decent hamburger.

Watching my little boy run around this house just makes me so thankful that I'm doing this diet. He's just so much of a bundle of energy. Now I need to get off my fat lardy butt and go join him running through the halls. lol, nevermind.. I'm too full to move. But I will go do some housework I think.. or take him out into the veggie garden to harvest some lettuce and spinach, maybe some green onions. Sit on the swing. UGH the Alabama heat is sooo strong.. but the walk will happen tonight.. Must... have... a walk..
