Been off and on diets for my entire adult life. And if they worked, I wouldn't be here now. Diets don't work. They aren't permanent and they are so hard to stick to. What I'm doing is a complete lifestyle change. I will NOT go into my 41st birthday looking OR feeling like I do now. I am ready for a change.
