I almost forgot! My scale at home is one of those that measures body fat % but it max's out at 40%. Over the weekend it finally started coming off the 40%. I had a reading this morning of 38.9%. Still means I'm really fat but I'm not as really fat as I was :)!! Progress is what its all about.
