Switched up to different exercises all week long with 1 hour of cardio each day. Only drifted from diet once this week but still only lost 1 pound...
256.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
