Not had the best food journeling the last few days -- had the tummy crud. I did keep down some soup from Panera today -- although it wasn't the most lc friendly, it could have been so much worse.
Daughter and I weighed in this afternoon for our Fit Challenge being put on my our local newspaper and hospital. Was interviewed by a reporter there for tonight's news -- should have seen the look on her face when I said I was already down 100+ pounds. Now to remember to watch the news tonight :)
