Lose two pounds, gain them back. Ugh frustrating but not defeating. I recently read http://www.precisionnutrition.com/intermittent-fasting where the guy experimented on himself and was very faithful to his experiments. I just need to stick to this 1800 calories a day intermittent fasting. I do well where I plan but sometimes I have a mindless eating moments and the calories just pile up. I just need to get back to where I was mindful of what came into my body.

Diet Calendar Entry for 20 January 2013:
1681 kcal Fat: 73.49g | Prot: 66.77g | Carb: 201.30g.   Lunch: Mixed Salad Greens, Sesame Paste (Sesame Butter Made From Whole Seeds), Fried Batter Dipped Cauliflower, boiled egg, eggplant, pita, hummus. Dinner: red onion, mushrooms, better n eggs. Snacks/Other: Oranges, swiss chocolate. more...

HI there! How are you? Glad to see you are back to it. I have tried intermittent fast two days last week, and yesterday, I think it feels good to let my body rest for a while. I do not know if I am doing it "right" but I fast from dinner one day untol dinner the next day about once or maybe twice a week.
