haven't tracked anything in a long time. I bought a bunchh of healthy food so I can start getting back on track. I ate ok yesterday Wight peanut butter toast for breakfast, a salad for lunch, pork loin for dinner with brown rice and veggies. then blew it with lots of wine and snacking. I know the wine will be my struggle,
190.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
