Today marks 1 year since I started my weight loss journey. 01/02/2012 I started to log my calories and exercise using Fatsecret.... It has been a long and sometimes difficult year but I'm very happy with my progress. The last few months have been hard with my medical issues and eating too much during the holidays but oh well. It's a new year.. I'm starting fresh again..

Now for my progress :) I've lost.... drumroll please.... 65 pounds!!!! YAY for me!

I'm getting close to my first goal which is 199 pounds.. I haven't been below 200 in probably almost 15-20 years so I'm ready. After that my next goal is around 150. Heres to another year of weight loss!
