So eating wasn't so great this weekend. We did a bit of splurging, tried out a new restaurant Saturday and ordered pizza last night. It was delicious, but back on track today.

However, I did get on the treadmill yesterday morning for 30 minutes, did 50 crunches on the ab lounge and 5 regular push ups. I suck at regular push ups (can do girl push ups pretty decent), so I want to try to do a set every day and see if I can add a few to each set.

I do not like pictures of myself and yesterday my son took a few pictures of my daughter and I and I know I've lost weight, I can tell when I look in the mirror, my clothes fit better, I'm more toned, but couldn't really tell anything in that stupid picture, was a little mental blow, but I'm going to keep plugging on, eventually a picture has to look good doesn't it?

Just keep at it. This weekend was horrible eating wise too. I'm not assessing the damage until Wednesday after a couple of days of clean eating. i start week 8 of p90/insanity tomorrow... :)
