Up not quite a pound from yesterday's weigh in. I'm a little sore from working out the past 2 days, but nothing too bad. Day 3 of Turbo Fire today! Since this workout is mostly cardio, I've been thinking about adding some strength training in to tone and sculpt. A hybrid schedule of Chalean Extreme and Turbo Fire comes w/ the Turbo Fire DVDs, so I could do that.
Ate fairly well yesterday, but had more bread than normal, so I hope tat doesn't reflect on the scale the next few days. I can tell I didn't get enough water, I usually do better in the week when I have it right there are my desk. I will drink more today though.
Greg will be back from his training this afternoon and we are supposed to go shopping. We have family Christmas shopping to do and also we adopted a family.
In other news, my boss had mentioned I could knit him an LSU winter hat, and it has taken me FOREVER to finally get it like I want it. So now it is done and will be out of my sight tomorrow! Now what to knit next...?
