I took two days off from working out to rest my body, but today I'm going back. I love going to the gym, I can go every day. so when I feel pains that is not muscles pain, I stop go home and rest, I don't want my Dr to stop me, when doctors stop you is for a long time, I would be miserable if I can't workout.
