Ok.. woke up too late to get into my wii fit plus routine (YEY I'M NOW OVERWEIGHT AND NO LONGER OBESE)... so i HAVE to find a way to get 30 mins in tonight... it will be a stretch.. but now my elliptical is free from its cage.. so i might try to rock that for a bit.. have a great day everybody!

Diet Calendar Entries for 25 June 2010:

yes.. that bastard thinks i should weigh 124 lbs!... really?.. do u even know wht i'd look like at 124? i don't know either.. probably haven't been that since birth lmao... so yeah.. i was obese up until 169 lbs.. so now i'm over weight.. i thought that the whole time so i guess i can live with that. lol

My hub is 6'0" and 200, relatively fit, and it always tells him he's overweight (which makes him mad, and he refuses to play with it anymore!) - I think it's calibrated for the typical Asian body, not big boned Americans!

I use the wii fit almost every day, I think its great personally. And according to my healthy weight zone (set by my doctor) its calibrated just fine. Though I'm not very muscular so I can imagine that if I i was it would be telling me I was overweight again -.-

i think its accurate but it also doesn't take into account how much muscle i have.. which my legs are huge and muscle-y (if that's a word).. i know i'm overweight by standards that are set but i can't see me weighing 124! lol.. crazy wii.. i love it though

Yay!! I just entered the overweight category too...barely! BMI at 29.4. That thing sure can make you feel bad about yourself, but whatev. That's what I'm here for...

I'd look at it this way, do everything you can to prove the Wii wrong ; p Otherwise I'd just ignore the thing & get my workout on! Good luck getting the workout time in tonight. The elliptical is awesome!! = )

lol.. yeah i thought the belly would go down.. freakin avatar.. but like u said.. i'm just more determined!.. even though i'll never go to where they consider "normal"for me..
