Been doing ok with healthy lifestyle except breakfast! 3 times this week I've had soda and some form of chips wth!! Going to set my alarm earlier so I get up earlier and make my breakfast at home from now on.
3 pounds and I will be out of the 140's!! I'm so excited, going to really push hard to get to that as quickly as possible. Need to step up the exercise. I've been exercising, but nothing too crazy and only about a half hour each day. Last weigh in for hospital challenge is Wednesday....hmmm can I get 3 off before then?? I was in 10th place (out of 268 people), I'm excited to see where I finish.
