My weight is up by 2# and I think it is probably a gain from Thanksgiving (I did have some dressing and there was nothing low carb about it). We went to The Melting Pot Friday night and I did have some wine and some cheesecake. I am also sure it has something to do with m period about to start (and with that comes a couple of days of constipation). So I am not stressing over it. I am back on track and I know this will come off and I am working toward my goal.

I hope that everyone had a great Thanksgiving. It was quiet and very nice for us here. I haven't been that great on the exercising but will get back on track with that either...done some walking and things around the house but not my elliptical machine.

It feels good to be back on track and I found myself looking forward to it...that is a very good sign. I will log my weight in tomorrow...hopefully by then Aunt Flo will be here and some of the bloating will be going down.
