Events from yesterday! Another afternoon out of the house. Went back to the library because I had finished one book and the other two although they appealed to me the night before they did not appeal to me yesterday. Well I lost track of time, before I knew it 1.5hrs had slipped by. I had to boogy to the bus before my transfer ran out. Across town I went to meet my roomates daughter. Unfortunately she never showed up, but I did end up bumping into a freind from work. She was nice enough to drive me to her house, so that all I had to do was walk down the to catch the bus. Well true to the city bus I had just missed one! Being cold I started to walk. The initial thought was I would walk from one stop to another, well lo and behold I was 3/4 the way home before the bus passed me. That's a 4.5 mile jaunt. Funny how that happens after I had been thinking early in the day that I should really start walking again.
When I got home I thought that I would be tried but nope, full of energy! Then dummy me drank too much caffine and could not sleep. I was up till 3am reading. Devoured yet another book.
So today I have decided that I will walk again somewhere. Perhaps even record my food that I consume.
That's it! Exciting journal eh?

THIS is a an exciting journal! I am very happy you walked - it is a great way to clear your mind. I usually walk with my Ipod and have books uploaded on it so I listen while I walk! It is really fun. It is 19 degrees here today so not likely we will be walking today!
