My weight loss has slowed the last 3 days. I knew the pound a day average I had for the first two weeks would not last but its disapointing to be looking at daily fractions instead of pounds. Im gonna try and bump up my exercise so I can stay at 1/2 pound a day average for a few more days. Its a lot to try for but I know its possible for me I've don't it before.
