Well, tomorrow is weigh in day.. and I'm not really looking forward to it.. My sister, son and I went on a little weekender to Orange Beach/Foley/Monroeville to watch my school's softball team (my dad's assistant coach..) And well, I did some light exercising.. AND I ate tons of dark green veggies... but had cinnamon rolls for breakfast, and hard boiled eggs. I had fruit too... I just think I ate too much. I didn't make bad choices though when it came to fast food, when we ate there, which was for only 2 meals. So, I dunno.. I'm just afraid I didn't get anywhere. I hope to have lost at least a pound. That's better than nothing.. if I didn't lose, then my happy butt is cutting more calories and amping up my work outs.

I don't want to make any more excuses.. but between being a single mom, a student, and just trying to get to be a more healthy me..I'm lucky if I can do enough physically to compensate for a good cardio workout. I'm just happy that my sister found some more DVD's of workouts that I can try. I'm trying to find one I like so I don't get bored, and have more motivation.

I AM proud to say that I have cut out ALOT of the junk that was part of my main diet.. and eating more veggies, and fruits. I just wish I could get some more people in the house on the bandwagon.. so that there COULD be more healthy choices for food. Anyway, I just wanted to update. Tomorrow is W day.. We'll see how it turns out after the morning ritual and nakedness. :)
