Have been eating lowish carb in an attempt to avoid going on meds for type 2 Diabetes. Starting today, I am testing my blood sugar to see what foods really crank up my blood sugar.(Not sure there will be any surprises here) Looking at the amount of weight I need to lose is very discouraging, so I'm trying a "one day at a time" approach. (without the 12 step program) Goal for this week: Go to the gym 4 of 7 days.
