I HAVE to get my eating under control - I know I'm an emotional eater and I don't see the reasons changing anytime soon - so I have to work through them without food. I could go most of the day without eating but at night is when I snack. Crunchy things mostly - crackers, chips, etc.
I have started eating breakfast and I do pretty well with my food during the day (several small things). I go to the gym every day after work but I DO need to STOP snacking at night!!!!

I'm in the same boat as you. It's crazy that I can all go so well during the day and then i just watch myself go insane at night with snacking. It not only makes me feel so guilty but it just makes me wonder why the heck do i do that?!?! :-) So i guess i don't necessarily have any advice (or else i would have solved it for myself) but rather you're not the only one with this crazy problem. I think just REALLY thinking about it before you make the plunge is super important...but in my case, i really do think about it, but for some reason the craving wins out. What gives?? Best of luck to you and to us, we can do this!!!

YES we can!!!! I've been doing some research and watching Dr. Oz and taking notes. I'm going to come up with my own eating plan of things I like and work them in. I have found that whole multi grain WASA crackers are VERY crunchy. I have a couple of those with two little triangles of laughing cow cheese. I break the crackers in small pieces and apply the cheese a little at a time so it takes me a lot longer to eat. I also heard that cinnamon will reduce your cravings for sweets..
