Despite the binge weekend I'm actually feeling pretty good. Hit the gym again today to keep up the routine, and I lifted more than I have before. I'm actually not far off in the benchpress than when I stopped working out maybe a year and a half ago, which is a good feeling.
But my weight STILL hasn't changed according to that scale. I'm kind of getting frustrated since all my previous workouts would get me some pretty decent weight loss right away. Since any fat that I may be losing is difficult to discern given the slow process, I can't really tell if I'm making progress besides having a bit more endurance and strength. Which is all well and good but unfortunately isn't coming with that side benefit of looking better. All I can do is keep it up I guess.
