Guess yesterday’s extra pound was water weight. Watched my sodium intake, hit the gym, and here I am almost 1.5 pounds lighter today. But still, for the past month I was not able to lose even a pound, although I watched my calorie intake, carb intake, and worked out moderately three to four times a week
