I’m 5’ 7”, almost 28, married for over a year and half, grad student with a full time job. I’ve been skinny all my life, and never been overweight. I started gaining a few pounds each year since 2008 (resulting from a sedentary job and the pill) and now after seeing 152 on a scale I started counting calories (more) and carbs, replacing sugar with sweeteners and high fat diary with low fat. I try to hit the gym 3 to 4 times per week and spend an hour using the treadmill, elliptical, and weight training machines.
My goals and rewards for each goal:
1st goal – Keep calorie intake 1500 and burn 2200 – 2600 calories each day.
2nd goal - Reach 140lbs – Get a new bag, or two :)
3rd goal – Reach 138 by 28th Birthday – Wine and Dine with hubby
4th goal – Reach 135 by December 21st – Enjoy a two week vacation overseas with no boundaries on what you eat but on how much of it you eat.
