I find that you just have to hit the point where you care enough. For me that was in the 280s (up about 40 pounds from my lowest). I realized that I was out of shape and eating out all the time, while nice, was slowly ruining my enjoyment of day to day activities, like going for a walk! It's not important what the number on the scale is today, it's that you rededicate to being healthier and stick with it (which is the hardest part - look at my weight chart, I know!).
