14:05 Feeling a little weak. I've already had 1 meal and one snack today. If I feel any weaker, have trouble thinking or feel like I need to lay down I will eat something more.
I am exceedingly happy that I've managed to lose 1 kg since last Sunday! I was at 78.6kg then and now I'm at 77.6kg. I just need to keep it up.
14:30 I feel a little better after having 8 chips of Pringles (my cheat snack) :)
