Another 5k Walk this AM :) I wonder if I will get tired of saying that....nah! Was within my RDI yesterday, yay! And I am starting to think I should change my lifestyle to active but we will leave it for now. I lower calorie intake guide is not necessarily a bad thing I have a long way to go. The old man was a bit grumpy. I upflucted .5 but I know that is a normal fluctuation so I am not recording it on the chart.

I am experiencing focus issues again. My business is suffering and it should not. My "day" job is down to 16-20 hours a week so I should have plenty of time to focus on my Mary Kay and my health. My balance is getting better. I am working just not seeing results yet so this just may be a timing issue instead of a true lack of ability to focus on two life aspects at once! :) I certainly pray so and actually in my heart of hearts I know so :)

Ended with 12300 steps WooHoo! highest yet and I was not really trying aside form my morning walk :) Was not the best food day but not terrible either.
