Wow small eating day. I just was busy busy. BF left to visit his mom for her 50th today. We were out of the apartment at 5 (had breakfast together at 4). I had a meeting in the city so I just decided to stay in the city and walked for three hours straight. After the meeting had to run some more errands in the city and also walked like crazy. I decided not to go to the gym today because I felt all the walking I did (4+ hours) constituted a cardio session at the gym.

Ha! I wish! Isn't your gym like 3 miles away or something? Dont you walk to it on weekends? 20 blocks is 1 mile in the city. I think it is safe to say I walked 5 miles today.

I bet you walked more than 5 miles today. My gym is almost 4 miles each way and yes I try to walk there for workouts on the weekends. In fact, I will be walking there this Saturday and Sunday for personal training sessions each morning. :)

Sounds like a good day - walking Manhattan all day long! Hey, I just noticed you've been losing well! Maybe all that extra protein and processed stuff was storing as fat and now you are seeing more muscle!
