I just noticed that my monthly average calorie intake has been going down about 250 calories a month since I joined fat secret! I am eating 500 calories less (and loving it) a month since I got back into fat secret!

That's great! I have no idea how many calories I used to consume before FS, but I don't think I want to know LOL. This has helped me tremendously in reaching my goals. :)

Cool - that is why I like this site so much. I can go back and see what worked before in the macronutrient percentages, or which foods were good or not. It's great to have that information easily available. Ben and Jerry's???? Lucky you - you probably will work that right off in a day in the gym!
