Whew! I ate a lot over the weekend. A lot compared to what I had been eating the previous 2 weeks or more.

We were invited over to dinner on Friday night and Sunday night. Both nights I ate desserts (small slice of carrot cake on Friday and a small slice of pound cake with 1 scoop of lite vanilla bean ice cream) but I also eat lots of vegetables before that and ate fresh fruit along with my desserts.

After getting home, I worked out for 15 minutes both nights. This morning I stepped on the scale expecting the worst but I'm actually down a pound. WHEW! Crisis averted but I know I have to get back to the plan this week and try to get back to my plan.
