Ok so I was bad (again) and didn't get any exercising done today, but plan to tomorrow. I've got a busy day, so I'm going to get up early and go to the Y and hopefully take the dogs on a log walk if it's not raining too much.

Hey! Don't look at is as being "bad". No harm, no foul. Sure, the day would seem more of a success if you got the exercise in. But not doing it isn't bad. Don't beat yourself up. You need to stay positive to stay motivated. There's always tomorrow. You can do it!
