So I am not sure I am totally accurate on this food entry. My first time back recording and well I was at a workshop with way too many goodies. At least I did 7400 steps so far today (without even trying) and I did 10k yesterday for the first time in years. So this week I am just kinda getting a status quo gauge for my friend to see. I have not weighed in yet because well I am hoping the old man will be down to a lower weight VERY soon. I have lost 5 lbs since the week-end (but I flucted up today or it would been 6) sadly this is still higher than my last recorded weight so I am pausing a bit before committing it to paper.

Recording my activity today is entertaining as well. I was helping at a workshop and was running around like crazy all day. But I sat a part of it as well. So I recorded it as housework for lack of an equivalent. As I said 7k steps so it was not an amount of walking back and forth to sneeze at.
