So I've been slacking off lately due to the fact that I started working for the first time in like two years. I am still able to squeeze walking in to my daily routine but I haven't really worked out like Im use too in like two weeks. Now I once again find myself trying to balance work, working out, my kids, church, and not to mention my oldest is starting kindergarden this year (tear). However I am happy to report that as opposed to my prior habits of gaining weight when I stop working out I have actually lost 3 lbs! I was excited to see that because it shows me that my eating and healthy living is now apart of me and not something I have to force myself to do. But im back and ready to knock out these last 8 lbs before my bday 9/4! LETS GO!!!
